Sharing the real stories behind success

Lucy & Nikki Keynote 2026

Lucy & Nikki

Happy Hour with Lucy & Nikki

Lucy Jackson and Nikki Westcott, the duo behind Happy Hour with Lucy & Nikki, first met while studying marketing in North Queensland. What started as a uni friendship quickly turned into something special, as they spent their days working at Red Bull. From day one, it's been two besties with big dreams… Cutting their teeth in fast-paced roles across fashion and advertising, Lucy and Nikki learned on their feet and backed themselves every step of the way. Diving head-first, they launched their first business together: fashion label JGR & STN. After years of travelling, living, and working side by side, they realised two things: they never ran out of good stories to tell… and they literally couldn't shut up (Lucy especially). So, they did what made sense—got on the mics and started Happy Hour with Lucy & Nikki. What began as a bit of fun quickly turned into one of Australia's top podcasts for young women, regularly topping charts and building a ride-or-die community of 'punters' along the way. Known for their unfiltered chats, chaotic storytelling, and a few "Mr. Vin Diesel" moments (IYKYK), the girls struck a chord with listeners across the country. Since then, they've pushed it even further—landing their own radio show on the HIIT Network and taking home a win at the National Podcast Awards (culture category), because apparently, the more unhinged the better. While they're known for the laughs, Lucy and Nikki also know how to get serious when it counts—welcoming a huge range of guests to the show, including interviewing the Prime Minister (casual), and cementing themselves as trusted voices in the Australian media space. Their community—better known as the "Punters"—has grown into something pretty wild, with fans across Australia (and beyond) showing up, tuning in, and even getting the Happy Hour logo tattooed. From sold-out live shows to boozy brunches, Lucy and Nikki have built more than just a podcast—they've created a community centred around friendship, fun, and not taking life too seriously.

Imposter Syndrome is a Liar: The Moment She Backed Herself

Bec Watts Speaker 2026

Bec Watts

Founder - B.Seen Social

As the founder of B Seen Social, Rebecca Watts helps businesses tell their story, build their brand, and connect with their audience—but her own journey began with learning to back herself first. After 13 years working in medical administration, the birth of her first child inspired Rebecca to pursue something of her own. Like many women, she wrestled with self-doubt and imposter syndrome, questioning whether she was capable of building a successful business. Despite the uncertainty, she took a leap of faith and launched B Seen Social. Through that journey, Rebecca learnt that confidence doesn't come before action—it comes from taking action despite the fear. Today, as a busy mother of two, Bec works with businesses across various industries, helping them show up with confidence and authenticity online. Her biggest lesson has been that imposter syndrome is often just a sign you're growing and stepping outside your comfort zone. Passionate about encouraging other women to trust themselves and back their ideas, Rebecca believes you don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes the biggest opportunities come from taking a chance before you feel ready.

As the host of the Sober Not Sorry podcast, Georgie openly shares the importance of self leadership, authenticity, and learning to honour what feels aligned in both life and business. At her core, Georgie is passionate about reminding women that they are allowed to take up space, change their lives, evolve, dream bigger, and become the woman they truly want to be.
